MIKE BUCKLAND - Head Of Production, Triggerfish Animation
“This is an excellent course for training up a production team, from first concepts to the nitty gritty of establishing structure and goal setting, team leadership and mentoring, and client management, with a very positive focus on the personal growth mindset for the individual.
An extremely comprehensive and valuable course for all new production teams to help prepare them for managing a complex animated project. Highly recommended!”
Hi! I'm Virginie.
I wasn't always a happy producer.
When I first created The PROD Bootcamp, I was a producer on a 52-episode animation project, managing almost 10,000 shots and a team of over 100 people.
Overtime was an accepted norm. We spent our days putting out "fires," and stress was high. I felt overwhelmed.
I am so passionate about production; it's actually my vocation!
But my dream job was starting to look like a nightmare.
It had to change.
I declared that I was willing to see things differently. I was ready to leave the stress and overtime behind and transform our production into a chill, powerful, and inspiring space for everyone involved.
HAYLEY ROCHE - Producer, Piranha Bar
"Learning about bringing a positive mindset to each day and learning how not to take on others' stress as your own has been life-changing. By prioritizing my needs first thing, I can prioritize my team's needs.
We start every morning's catch-up call with some good news or positive feedback. These range from someone getting a PB on their morning run to some great client feedback. We welcome all the good news in the team's lives!
I approach every day with a more positive outlook and have found that it influences others, too.
I highly recommend the course!"
BRIAN GILMORE - Course Director, CMAI
Creative Media Agency of Ireland
“The content and insights into the world of production for animation are second to none. After 30 years in the business, [ ] I would say everyone no matter how experienced, would benefit from the course.
I think the most insightful aspects of the course is its attitude and approach towards a very pressured role and business. By not letting it get on top of you and staying calm while dealing with the facts. It gives you the tools and mindset to tackle any eventuality on a project."
KYLE O’NEILL, Animation Specialist -Examfly
"The entire course has been extremely useful for me. Especially helpful were the PROD Encyclopedia, learning how to deal with clients, effective onboarding strategies, creating and fostering a healthy work environment, and the specific challenges and workflows of the animation industry.
As a recent college graduate, this course provided me with essential information on how to approach animation production. I love the people-focused nature of the course.
I now feel confident that my team can deliver a great product while still prioritizing their happiness and well-being.
Thank you!"

"My favorite part was Internal Communication and Q&A sessions.
I have implemented learnings from the lessons Email & Chat Communications, Note-Taking 101, Clarifying Questions.
I really loved the course. The presenter is very knowledgeable and able to provide extremely valuable solutions in the Q&A sessions. This is a must-have course for anyone who would like to get involved in production."
KILLIAN MCDONAGH - StoryToys
"My favorite part was learning to keep production positive through data-based decisions.
From the gaming industry's point of view, there is a great benefit to having taken part in this as there is much crossover.
The compounding effects have been a major boost to team's productivity and moral.
It has been greatly validating to know that keeping production positive and having the whole team and partners/clients aligned to the same goal is achievable.
