Hi! I'm Virginie.

 

I am an award-winning Film and TV Producer with 17 years of experience in live-action and CG animation. I have worked on some of the world's most exciting properties like Game of Thrones and Pirates of the Caribbean with clients like Disney, Netflix, HBO, Ubisoft and many more.


Over the past 5 years alone, I have delivered over 25,000 animated shots under budget to happy clients while prioritizing the team’s wellbeing. That's a lot! 


But it wasn't always that way. I used to work 55 hours a week, be constantly overwhelmed, and miss out on family events until I decided my team and I deserved better.


I developed a six-step project management program tailored to the challenges we face in film and TV production, animation, visual effects, and gaming. It has helped so many of my students land dream jobs or get promoted, and I set out on a mission to teach you how you can achieve the same results!
